Prices
While we'd like to be able to show you a fixed price list, the reality is that every job is different and rather than quote a 'one-size-fits-all' price, we prefer to quote for each client individually. This will work out cheaper for the majority of people.
The total fee depends on four major factors:
- The size and location of the venue. For example. the larger the venue, the more sound and lighting equipment is required. Also, if the venue is particularly difficult to access and requires equipment to be carried up stairs or along many corridors, this will also be a factor. If you still haven't chosen a venue, ideally, it would be on the ground floor and close to an entrance where a vehicle can be parked outside. Don't worry though -- this isn't essental and difficult access will not always mean a significantly higher price.
- The length of the function. Unlike most competitors, we don't charge for the time it takes to set-up our equipment and take it down. However, if we are required to set-up early, or wait until we have to play, this waiting time will be factored into the price.
- Travelling distance. We are based in Bromley (BR3)
- Congestion Charging. If your function is within the Central London Congestion Charging zone on Mon-Fri, we will also have to factor this expense in (£8.00).
